Customer Upload Wizard

		Select a file from your local computer by clicking "browse" and browsing to the file. When you are done selecting files click "submit" to send your files. You will see a progress indicator to display the status of your upload. Please do not close the upload window until the transfer is complete. When completed, a list of your files and their size will be displayed. Please stuff (.sit) or zip (.zip) your files before sending. You may also upload pdf files (.pdf) directly. Although, your files will upload much faster when compressed. Please limit your total files per upload to 100MB per file. If you need to upload files larger than 100MB please use the FTP site.

NCOA Processing PAF Forms

Effective November 23, 2008, J&A must receive a completed and signed PAF form prior to mail processing. This form must be submitted once a year.

Click on the link to download the NCOA PAF Form & Instructions. The same form can be used for Limited or Full Service. More information on Move Update Requirements and NCOA Processing, can be found in the document "Move Update Notice."
